Request permanent deletion of your Fave account and associated data.
How to delete your account
Option 1: From the Fave app
- Open the Fave app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Submit a request below
If you're unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.
What happens when you delete your account
Data that will be deleted
- Your name and profile information
- Email address
- UPI handle and linked bank account details
- Transaction history
- Contact list and relationships
- App usage data and preferences
Data that may be retained
- Transaction records required by RBI regulations (retained for 10 years as per regulatory requirements)
- Information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be purged within 30 days of your request being processed.
Request deletion via email
Send us an email from your registered email address with your registered mobile number. We'll process your request within 30 days.
